In addition to notary services, I am currently averaging 20+ home, home construction and/or business photo inspections per month. I love performing photo inspections and especially enjoy witnessing the progress that occurs over time during the construction of a home!
I pay attention to the following details during the loan closing process.

* Borrower(s) are given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Scans of docs provided when requested
* Administration of Oath (when required)
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers are always recorded in my notary logbook
* Notarization performed in-person
* Respect for signers' culture
* Fill out and sign the US Patriot ACT
* All docs shipped out on time
I am fully open to performing closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. I am open to meeting the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church, work).

Outside of my professional life, I am an active member of my community. I play saxophone in a Brunswick County, N.C. based community band and I actively participate in my local historical society.
