I'm a Mobile Notary serving the State of North Carolina. I’m NNA Certified and provide Notary services to North Carolinians in the Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Clayton, Oxford, Henderson & Garner area. I have Banking experience and worked as a Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist for 2.5 years. In this position I created, revised, delivered Closing Disclosures for Purchases and Refinances. I’ve also reviewed loan closing packages consisting of approval letters, underwriting documents, prorated taxes, home/flood/wind insurance and a slew of other forms when completing draft and final Closing Disclosures for mortgage closings. I’ve established outstanding relationships with Closing Attorneys, Title Insurance Agencies & Home Inspectors.
