I understand the importance of proper calculation of the NRTC for the borrower and the guidelines on which I am to explain the documents without personal opinion. I thoroughly describe documents, leaving the borrower at ease with the signing process. My documents are always returned timely after the signing as well as immediate notification of task completion to scheduling service and/or escrow officers.
