I’m the owner of Attestry Verification, LLC, an NNA-certified Loan Signing Agent and North Carolina Notary committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and responsive mobile signing services across the Piedmont region. Although I’m newer to the notary and loan signing field, I bring more than 20 years of executive-level experience leading high-compliance operations across healthcare, government, and regulated tech—backgrounds where attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and customer trust are non-negotiable. Those same standards define every signing I complete.

I maintain full NNA Certification, background screening, $30,000 E&O insurance (with the ability to increase based on assignment needs), and I am an active NNA member. I also hold my North Carolina Notary Commission, with e-Notary authorization coming January 2026, enabling hybrid and remote-friendly options.

I support a wide range of real estate and general notary work—including refinances, HELOCs, buyer/seller packages, loan mods, debt consolidations, builder closings, and high-volume same-day signings. My approach is simple:
