I’m punctual, detailed oriented, patient, and able to guide each borrower through the loan documents, turning what could be a stressful situation into an enjoyable signing experience. I don't schedule appointments close together, allowing me time to arrive at each appointment 10 minutes early, and will contact the borrower immediately if I happen to be running late.

I understand the impact errors, missed signatures, and incomplete documents can have on a transaction, causing funding conditions. Therefore, each document will be reviewed for completion prior to being mailed. All documents will be printed according to PDF size, never double-sided, scan backs will be sent upon request and all documents will be mailed with a sense of urgency, dropping documents in time for next day delivery. In addition, I have two attorney offices in Houston and one in Humble, TX where I can execute A6 cashout refinances. My availability is 24 hours a day including nights, weekends and holidays.
