Hello. Although I am relatively new as a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I am not new to loan documents. I have personally bought and sold four homes, currently living in the fifth one. I've refinanced one home. I also have an active North Carolina Real Estate License. Previous to this I was an Auditor/Educator for the Compliance Department for two major hospital systems and the Compliance Manager for a large multispecialty medical practice.
