I am certified by the NNA with $1,000,000 E&O Insurance. I also have certification from the Loan Signing System. I am also a member of the North Carolina Notary Association. I collaborate with title and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property (also known as closings). I interact with clientele from diverse sociocultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. I explain the purpose of each document being signed.
I have experience with documents including: Conventional/FHA/VA Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Buyer/Seller Loan Packages, Home Equity Line of Credit, and Loan Modifications. I ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation submitted. I comply with privacy laws by properly disposing of non-processed paperwork with personal and financial data. I increase customer satisfaction by facilitating the end-to-end closing process, collecting funds, and explaining post-closing process to mortgagee.
