Beyond the NNA, I have completed the following courses to bolster my knowledge and skills: Notary Coach’s Sign and Thrive course, Beyond the Stamp offered by the Ohio Notary Network, Loan Signing System, and Notary Essentials. While my background is in healthcare -- having studied and worked as a Registered Dietitian and NeuroPsychometrist for the first half of my career (B.S. Nutrition/Dietetics, double M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Certified Specialist in Psychometry) -- many of the skills translate well into the loan signing world. Among them are the importance of keeping personal information private and confidential as well as the power of professional and friendly service.
