I have been a Notary and Mobile Closing Agent for over nine years. I was a loan officer for ten years. I also worked in the title side of the industry for five years. I also spent time working with a Real Estate Agent and was fully able to understand the complete buying and selling process.
I understand the loan process and all documents. I was professionally trained by an Audit Reject Coordinator of a National Title Company. I have also taken and passed the NNA test. I have also taken the Beyond the Stamp Class offered by the Ohio Notary Network. I am Fidelity Approved.
I cover all the counties in Northeastern Ohio and then some. Cities include Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Lorain, Medina, Wooster, New Philadelphia and Youngstown. I have completed thousands of signings in my five plus years as a Notary and Mobile signing Agent.
I am experienced Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC’s, Commercial, Purchases Buyers and Sellers Reverse Mortgages and Loan Applications. I have also closed many out-of-state transactions. I also do debt resolution, IRS settlement, annuities, identity proofing, auto loans, out of state attorney accident work, time share purchases and lost funds.
In 2020 I averaged one hundred and five closings per month. The most I have done is 129 appointments in a month. I am available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
I have three computers, three laser jet printers, and one other printer scanner. I also have a mobile office in my AWD SUV for last minute docs or signings and scan backs.
I am always professional on the phone when scheduling my appointments. I am also professional from the time I arrive till the time I leave. Normally my closings are completed on time, docs are scanned and or dropped on time. I always call the client if I am going to be over five minutes late. The rare time there is a post-closing issue it is usually resolved in 24 hours.
