I have been a Notary since 2010. I have closed over 1,500 loans to date. Currently, I do this full time and strive to complete 10+ various types of closing and signings per week. I accept E-Docs and overnight packages. Previously, I worked for a National Bank for 13 years where I obtained tons of knowledge on closing loans of all sorts, including HELOCS, Refinances, Purchases, Auto loans, Consumer First Mortgages, Equity Loans, Seller packages, REO, etc. I also would notarized all types of documents for bank customers, examples being Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Trust documents, auto titles, etc. I am a Certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association. I have been background checked through the NNA and the State of Ohio. I carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance. I have a mobile scanner and I am able to do scan backs.
