When hiring me I will ensure that your borrower has a positive and seamless signing experience. I will thoroughly review and double check all documents to verify all signatures, dates and initials are complete and legible. I know how to properly fill out a notice of right to cancel, PCOR as well as all other documents. On the rare instance that a mistake is made, I will own and stop whatever I am doing and fix it right away. I will return documents promptly as soon as the signing is complete. I will keep you updated and effectively communicate all throughout the process from start to finish. I cover the Southwest Ohio area and willing to travel for the right assignment.
