In 2012 I became a notary public and a loan signing agent. In 2016, I starting working for a title company and became a Title Abstractor. I have been in real estate and around loan documents for over 10 years now and have done many signings. Just recently I have opened up my own business as a full time loan signing agent and title abstractor. I have $1,000,000 in E&O insurance, an NNA background check, and I am NNA certified. I have the knowledge and skills to be your Title Abstractor and Loan Signing Agent of choice in Ohio, I work mainly in Williams, Fulton, Henry, Defiance, and Paulding Counties but will travel outside of these counties.
