Working as an Escrow Loan Closer for three of those six years allowed be to become very familiar with the closing process and documents. I am most familiar with refinance and purchase (buyer & seller) transactions, as well as the closing documents associated with conventional, FHA, VA, or HELOC loans. Coming from the title side of the industry, I am used to a very high volume of loans each month.

I am located in Carroll County, Ohio and will service the following counties: Carroll, Tuscarawas, Harrison, Jefferson, Columbiana, Stark, Guernsey, Belmont. I will travel further if I am able, however there may be a fee increase. I look forward to working with you!
