I am a new local mobile notary that is Loan Signing System and National Notary Association certified. I carry $100,000 worth of E&O insurance, and have been background checked by both the State of Ohio and the NNA.
I am professional, and work with clients to help them understand what they are signing, and how to properly sign the documents presented. I double check my work at the table before leaving. I understand mistakes made on my end can not only be annoying to the client, but could potentially cause loss of funding, or loss of the deal altogether.
