Although I’m new to the notary world, I bring with me a long history of taking my work seriously — from customer service to healthcare to insurance. I’ve never been someone who settles for surface‑level knowledge in the short time learning, I have taken the NNA course for notary and NSA. I have also taken the LSS course as well. I want to understand the why behind every process, because informed decisions protect clients, reduce risk, and create exceptional experiences.
Throughout my career, that mindset helped keep losses low for the companies I served while consistently delivering excellent customer service. I’ve always believed that to truly help someone, you must understand their point of view. When I’m in a signing, I ask myself: If I were the client, how would I want this explained to me? When I’m assisting someone in a hospital or assisted‑living facility, I ask: If this were me or my family member, how would I want us to be treated?
The answer is always the same — with compassion, empathy, patience, and professionalism. Not because it’s good for business, but because it’s who I am.
