I have a background in real estate as an agent as well as an investor. I am familiar with all the various types of loan documents and I fully understand the importance of getting the loan documents signed, notarized and sent back in a timely fashion. I also fully understand the importance of the following key points and if hired as your signing agent I will always practice and abide by these key points
• arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late
• will not print docs double-sided
• will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
• will scanback as requested
• will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm
• will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
• will notarize at the signing
• will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents
