My name is Catherine Crawford-Hales! I am a new Notary/Loan Signing Agent! Although I am new, I am
educated and eager to gain experience in this field.
In my previous career I was a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience. After spending the past 7 years
working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, I transitioned to the outpatient setting. As you can imagine,
paying attention to detail and appropriate documentation is critical in the role of any nurse but especially an
ICU nurse. I believe that my attention to detail and ability to critically think & ask questions to the
appropriate parties will help in making my signings complete and accurate. Also, I have a knack for making
people feel comfortable and assured in somewhat new and/or stressful situations. You can rest assured that
your clients will have an all-around great experience with me!
I have taken several steps to make sure that signings I fully understand the documents and I am able to
briefly explain the information to your clients. I have completed loan signing training through the Loans
Signing System and obtained certifications from LSS and the National Notary Association.

My standard practice is to triple check documents to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are
completed accurately. If I, or the signer has questions, I will be sure to reach out to the appropriate person
to retrieve the answer. I would rather ask in advance, than to have to make corrections later. However, if
any mistakes are made, I will be sure to get them corrected ASAP.
All scanbacks and the return of documents will be done promptly, as I know that these documents are vitally
important for funding to proceed.
