I am a Notary in the State of Ohio. I am able to accommodate most same day signings depending on travel or with a 24-hour notice. I am friendly, efficient, and accurate. I have over 15 years of experience working in the criminal justice field working in financial crimes, assuring compliance of laws, and detail-oriented. I also have over 5 years of experience in property management, real estate title company, and former realtor. I am able to notarize property purchase or sale documents, refinance loans, HELOC, mortgages, vehicle title loans, records custodian affidavits, among many other documents.

I am available after 6pm, servicing Franklin County. If outside of Franklin County, I do charge an extra travel fee, especially for documents needed to be interpreted. I am fluent in Spanish and able to accommodate closings needed to be done in Spanish.
