Prefer 12-hour preperation notice but will adjust schedule for critical time requirements. Prefer minimum three-hour time period between receipt of loan docs and scheduled appointment for printing, doc review, and mark-up for borrowers (arrow stickers) and travel (but have successfully completed numerous last-minute assignments). If I have flexibility to adjust appointment time with borrower, I can work with shorter time frame between doc receipt and appointment time.
I make every effort to be comprehensive and professional with borrowers, signing companies, title companies and lenders and this does take time.
