Having been in the industry for 8 years I understand the importance of the Closing. For most borrowers, this is the biggest purchase of their life and it can be a very exciting yet stressful day. I take great pride in building quick rapport and making them feel comfortable and confident in my ability to help in closing their loan. I know how to explain each document and when to call their loan officer to answer any questions. Even though it may be the 100th closing for me it is the ONLY closing to them.
