I am a certified Loan Signing Agent and commissioned Notary Public in the state of Ohio, backed by E&O insurance, NNA certification, and Loan Signing System training. I have completed the RON (Remote Online Notary) course and will be certified to offer RON services starting April 2025. I also hold an LLC and operate under my business, Smith’s Signings, which is fully insured and ready to serve both mobile and remote clients with professionalism and accuracy.

I originally began loan signings in 2021 and am now re-entering the field with a strong focus on providing efficient, detail-oriented service. My background includes working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, and I understand the importance of punctuality, confidentiality, and communication throughout the signing process.
