First, I have over thirty years of experience in both mortgage lending and title insurance. I witnessed all the devastating market crashes, watching how they not only affected the industry, but the people who lost their dream home they worked so hard to get. My hours are between 8am to 8pm EST, Monday-Saturday. If you need a Sunday appointment please contact me and I will see if I can arrange that. I service Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, and Licking Counties, but will travel further for an additional fee. I do ask that documents are sent to me in time to review, organize, make copies and go over any instructions as I pride myself on being on time and understanding what Iam closing. Please also call me if there are any issues with the documents sent to me immediately or a delay with closing. Please do not email, as a call or text is faster and more likely to be caught in time. If funding documents are needed for approval, please send the list so i can have those signed first and if i am able to scan and send back to you first and then finish the closing I will do so.
