I have done refinance, reverse mortgage applications and rev mtg loans, application and full refinance, buyer/purchase signings, REO, Heloc, Buyer/seller with disbursements, short sales, commercial and construction loans, debt relief settlements. I also have completed attorney assisted for WV, I also have done annuities and ID signings. I have completed over 500 closings and I am available full time. Will travel to hospital signings and swearing in witnesses.
