I am able to complete all general notary work as well as loan signings in a timely basis and am generally available 24/7 by appointment. I carry a $100,000 E&O insurance policy.

I am available to cover most counties in central Ohio as well as some outside of central Ohio. Just ask as I am flexible and am able to make longer trips that many agents wouldn't because I can tie those trips into existing personal and professional trips.

I have experience in home inspections, draw inspections, property preservation, hard money lending inspections and estimating, commercial inspections and other field inspections. These inspections were almost always completed and submitted in the field as I have had on the go data, cellular, and printing services since the early 2000's As a former home and field inspection professional, I have many years of experience in both customer service, attention to detail, and getting the work back to my clients in a very timely manner. I have a BS from Ashland University and an MS from Case Western University
