Janelle Saah Kingstons is Commission as a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent was trained and Mentored in the Banking Industry with Loans that require a notary public and signing agent. Her goal is to completed successfully within six months to a year over 2,000 error-free signings for title companies, escrow companies, and signing services.

Janelle has extensive Training and Mentorship in closing all sorts of loans: first and second mortgages, open-ended credit lines, fixed equity HELOCS, FHAs, balloon mortgages, reverse mortgages, purchases (first and second home/investment properties), construction loans, rental properties, time-stares, and interest-only loans. You can rest assured that Janelle has the know-how to handle your documents properly.

Janelle has had additional training the National Notary Association, the National Association of Signing Agents. She carries a $25,000 errors and omissions policy.

Janelle is available Tues, Wed, Thu from 6am-9pm and Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm-9pm in the following locations: Granville, Pataskala, Reynoldsburg Ohio County Licking and Franklin.
