I am very versed with any real estate transaction to include, Purchases, refinances, Home Equity, Commercial, Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA. I have over 200 credit hours (CE) in Title through The State of Ohio, Department of Insurance. I have instructed first time home buyer seminars and real estate agent CE classes.
