I left the mortgage industry and went into an accounting role but still wanted to handle mortgages so I decided to start my mobile notary side business, Speer Mobile Notary LLC in 2023. I can do mortgage closings for title companies on some week nights after 5pm, all day Fridays and available weekends when needed.
