I worked in Mortgage for 12 years as a processor, underwriter &closer. I have a wealth of mortgage knowledge. I left the mortgage industry and went into an accounting role but still wanted to handle mortgages so I decided to start my mobile notary side business, Speer Mobile Notary LLC in 2023. I do mortgage closings for title companies on some week nights, Fridays and weekends when needed.
