I am a loan signing agent who understands that an incomplete signing or signing with errors can cost you a rate lock, a close of escrow or cause other issues. That is why I will not miss dates, initials or signatures. I will walk your borrowers through all of the important documents: the closing statement, note, deed and CD. I do not just put papers in front of borrowers and tell them to sign. I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I always make sure the borrower knows what they are signing. If lines are blank, I know to have the borrower fill in the information. I will make sure all forms come back completely filled out including the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification or disbursement of proceeds.

I have a dual tray laser printer so I can print out all documents. I will always return documents first thing the next morning or immediately after they are signed if it is during business hours.

I am both NNA and LSS (Loan Signing System) certified and I take education very seriously.

I am not picky about appointment times and will take any assignments 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Serving all of northern Ohio including the counties of Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Trumbull, Portage, Summit, Stark, Medina, Lorain, Erie, Huron, Richland, Ashland, Holmes and Wayne.
