I was a mortgage loan officer for 31 years and since 2018 I have been a full time mobile mortgage notary. I perform closings on 1st mortgage refinancing, purchase closings which include both buyer/seller. I have performed closings at real estate offices, bank branch locations, borrower's residence. I also perform closings for Home equity line of credit, loan modifications, debt consolidations, and a few commercial loan closings. I am well versed in all aspects of residential mortgages such as conventional, VA, FHA, USDA rural housing, financing that would include Welcome Home Funds for first time home buyers, and construction loans. I average about 700 plus closings a year. My available hours of operation are usually M-F 8am-10 pm. Saturday and Sundays with advance notice.
