I thoroughly go over all documents to ensure that signatures, initials, dates, etc. are complete and properly filled out. I also make sure to properly cover the Notice of Right to Cancel, and all other important forms such as 1003.

All documents will be returned as quickly as possible for any assignments. I'm familiar with all FedEx and UPS drop-off times in my area, and I'm always willing to keep parties informed throughout the process until completion.
