I review all documents to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are completely and properly filled out including the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.
Documents are always returned promptly. I am well aware of multiple FedEx locations and their closing times. I maintain communication throughout the complete signing process.
I do not mind traveling unusual distances and at odd times/days to establish trust and create a relationship.
