I am a Notary Loan Signing Agent located in Central Ohio. I will give a comprehensive summary of each document, in which more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender. All documents will be double checked for signatures, dates and initials.
Each signer will receive 2 copies of the Notice of Right to Cancel with an appropriate explanation of the Rescission Period. While also not forgetting to have the signer check the box on the 4506T above the signers signature.
I will remain in communication with the Signing Service and/or Lender from start to completion. Scan backs will be provided immediately after the appointment. Any mishaps will be rectified immediately.
