- In the past 2 years as a Notary/Signing Agent I have participated in 400+ signings of all different types, and I travel to where ever needed to get the assignment done. My typical range is 100 mile radius, or 2 - 2 1/2 hour driving radius of my office location.
- I had 14 years experience, in Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Agent and Notary Public. During that period of time I have participated in 50 - 75 real estate closings, both as a realtor and as a private investor.
- I currently hold both an Insurance License in the State of Ohio, and the financial services industry designation of Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC) from the American College of Financial Services, the oldest financial planning designation in the country.
- In the past, I held the NASD Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses, and was a REALTOR, licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Arizona. As well as Insurance licenses in a number of states. I have never had a derogatory, disciplinary, or negative comment on any professional license I have held. I was also licensed to teach continuing education in every state of the union, for continuing education in the Insurance and Financial Services Industries. I have over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, serving in roles of product development, marketing and sales.
- I hold a BS in Education from Youngstown State University, and work towards a MS in Administration at Bowling Green State University, but not completed. I have 8 years of teaching experience in Grades 5-12 and have taught Adult Continuing Education thru The Ohio State University's CAP program.
- I have a heavy background in Public Speaking, having spoken before over 25,000 people in both small group and large group settings.
- My communications skills are very precise, yet I am very empathetic with customers as a result of my background in sales. I am detailed orientated, and I do NOT miss deadlines, I have agreed to.
- I have a good deal of knowledge about working with banks, as I have worked with numerous banks, working out loan repayment plans, loan modifications, and especially in short sales, with the banks and their customers.
