I have been a notary in the State of Ohio for nearly 20 years. Initially, I used my Business Management degree in the banking/lending industry. I worked as a branch manager and mortgage loan originator in NE Ohio for 13 years. Since 2015, I have worked exclusively as a loan signing agent for a local title company and have signed over 10K transactions with 100s of lenders across the US. Because of my previous background, I am extremely familiar with all aspects of various loan products such as conventional, USDA, VA, FHA, REFI, HELOCS, construction loans for individuals and businesses, as well as, an assortment of affidavits that could be necessary for special circumstances involving interested parties. I have also secured all the necessary training, certifications and licenses, as required by the State of Ohio to perform RON signings.
