I am familiar with all loan/lender and title documents, real estate cash purchases, gas and oil leases, POA's, Trust (Irrevocable and Revocable), Estates, real property deeds (General Warranty, QC, Straw, Trustee's, etc), guardianship and adoption documents, Apostilles, and vehicle title transfers. I also courier documents to county courthouses for recording purposes.
Loan packages and all other documents are printed and prepared in a smoke-free home environment and securely contained until signing takes place.
