Hello, my name is Sonja Morton and I would like to be a part of your team. I will travel 60 miles to get the job done, with my mobile office I can receive and scan documents right away. I am available seven days a week and I answer all calls, emails and texts on the same day. I always double check for dates, signatures, initials and notary stamps and I make sure the borrower fills out all required documents (PCOR) etc. which I will scan and mail in order the same day. I am also certified, background checked and E&O insured.
