I bring 26 years of lending industry experience in residential, commercial, and investor financing, with personal involvement in thousands of loan transactions.

I have been an Ohio Notary Public since July 28, 2017, and am Snapdocs Verified. I have completed professional training and maintain credentials and/or approvals through NNA, Snapdocs, Notary2Pro, NotaryStars, Loan Signing System, and Fidelity. I am also Reverse Mortgage Certified.

My lending background gives me a strong understanding of the loan closing process and the importance of accuracy, professionalism, borrower communication, and keeping a signing organized and on track. When questions or issues arise, I know how to recognize them, communicate appropriately, and understand when an issue needs to be referred back to the lender, title company, or signing service.
