I am very professional and reliable. I hold myself to a high work standard, giving confidence to Signers and Vendors in making the decision to choose my services. I am bound to the following:
- I will immediately confirm the appointment time and location with the Signers.
- I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the Signer if running late.
- I will not print documents double-sided.
- I will provide Signers with a copy of the documents.
- I will not rush or pressure Signers to sign or provide legal advice.
- I will be mindful that all parties sign in the required ink.
- I will notarize at the signing and only if I witness the Signer, signing and dating the documents.
- I will contact the Vendor immediately for instructions if I am uncertain about the execution of any documents.
- I will scan back as requested.
- I will drop documents on time.

I have been a commissioned Notary & Loan Signing Agent for over 12 months. I have experience in general notary work; home & auto refinancing; purchases; selling & debt consolidation. All handled with priority.
