Hello, I’m Charlene Armstrong, I've lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for 17 years.

I’m a Notary in Oklahoma and have taken the Notary2Pro course and NNA class to become a Notary signing Agent. I’m willing to travel to Guthrie, Oklahoma City, Spencer, Arcadia, Piedmont,Yukon, Cashion, Langston, Warr Acres, El Reno, Midwest City, Tulsa.
I’m available Monday through Sunday 8 am until 7 pm. I'm bonded and I have $100,000 E & O insurance policy.

My professional background includes over 20 years in the banking industry in Texas and New Mexico and was a notary there . While working there I had the pleasure to process New Mortgage Loans, refinance loans and HELOCS.
Commercial Loans and Personal Loans. After the Mortgage loan was approved, I would order a Title search from the Title Company, order Appraisal, Survey and call the County clerks office and Tax assessor’s office if needed. These are skills and experience that I bring to my notary and Loan signing service. I strive for error free work, but should one happen I am committed to making it right. I have a dual tray printer and scanner for scan backs when required.
