I currently work in A 911 dispatch center in my local community. Dispatching for about twenty six different agencies including police, tribal, EMS and Fire, on a daily basis. I have an absolute understanding of affidavits, warrants bonds, search warrants etc. And have been diligent in understanding court orders and family custody notarizations.
The past year I have been taking classes and reaching out to my local closing agents to better understand and fill my role as a signing agent when working with reality paperwork, And how to explain that paperwork to our clients to alleviate anxiety during closing.
