I am knowledgeable, detail oriented and certified by the NNA and Loan Signing System. I am adamite about reviewing loan documents several times to ensure all signatures, initials and dates are properly executed and complete. I double and sometimes triple check to ensure important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003 and Statement of Information forms are filled out properly. On the rare occasion that a signature was missed, or a mistake was made, I will fix the error ASAP. I will return the signed loan documents the same day the borrower signs if prior to the Fed Ex cutoff. Additionally, I like to keep you informed throughout the entire process so that you have peace of mind in knowing the status of the loan signing at every stage.
