I have successfully facilitated a wide variety of Closing Transactions as a signing agent. Additionally, I have 15 years of Administration and HR experience, which has afforded me the ability to be detail oriented, orderly, and proficient.
As a Loan Signing Agent, I focus on my role as an impartial, unbiased, witness to multiple transactions for individuals, businesses, and loan signing agencies alike.
In an effort to facilitate a smooth signing, I
• Confirm appointments in a timely manner.
• Meet with borrowers.
• Ensure that the clients understand the process.
• Verify the Identity and intention of the borrower.
• Describe the function of each document in the closing package.
• Observe the execution of the documents provided and notarize the signatures on each document containing notarial wording.
• Administering oaths to affirm validity of document, and/or statements provided.
• Fax and ship loan documents to lender through UPS/FedEx or hand delivery (if applicable)
• Provide regular communication with Signing Agency and Title Companies
