I have over 8 years banking experience closing all types of loans: first and second mortgages, open-ended credit lines, fixed equity HELOCS, FHA’s, Conventional, balloon mortgages, loan and reverse mortgage applications, modifications, reverse mortgages, purchases (first and second home/investment properties), construction loans, rental properties, time-shares, small business loans, auto loans and leases, home improvement and interest-only loans.

I also perform I9 verification's, loan applications, annuities, structured settlements, debt consolidation, funds recovery, trusts, wills, auto titles, power of attorney forms, quick claim deeds, adoption and custody documents, immigration forms, witness requirements, affidavits and dossiers and other documents that may need to be notarized.

I primarily service 8 counties in Oklahoma: Tulsa, Washington, Osage, Rogers, Wagoner, Creek, Muskogee and Okmulgee. Fees are negotiable and I will travel to other counties. Background screened and certified, 25,000.00 E&O insurance, NNA certified. I also do onsite inspections including reports and required photos
