Twyla Sims, At Dawn Signing Services LLC. I am a realtor and Oklahoma Notary Public and mobile loan signing agent in Tulsa, serving the Tulsa metro, including Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, and Sand Springs.
I travel to your signer: home, office, hospital, or title company. Services include buyer and seller loan packages, refinances, purchase closings, HELOCs, estate planning documents, powers of attorney, and general notary work.
I am a reliable backup notary for title companies, law offices, and lenders, available for last-minute and after-hours appointments. I verify identification, witness signatures, and make sure documents are signed completely and accurately.
