I am also Loan Signing System Certified. I will walk the client through the package and make sure all papers are filled out by the client where needs to be. All signatures are as written on page and the initials are there. I double check my work and try to be an extension of you so the client is comfortable with what he is doing. If the client has a problem that the papers don't address I will immediately call the lender or whoever I have been instructed to call. I want the client to be happy he signed with us.
