I have been an experienced notary since 2019. In December 2020 I decided to take Mark Wills, Loan Singing 6 figure Course. Also, receiving my NNA Loan Signing Agent certification. I apprenticed, with Shelly Billings, which gave me great insight into day-to-day operations, as a loan signing agent. We completing multiple Refis, and VA Refis. I am Fidelity Certified.
I can do HELOCs, ARMS, Purchases, Loan modifications, and Reverse Mortgages too.

I received my UTC Identity proofing certification through Notary Go.

I understand that having an incomplete signing, or a signing full of errors can cost mortgage officers a rate lock, or a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just make you look bad to your client. I know to call if I notice any typos on the loan, and not just cross it out and initial it. Lastly, I always double and triple-check the loans before leaving the borrower to ensure everything is signed, initialed, and notarized. Helping to make the closing run as smooth as possible.
