I began this process recently because I owned my own business for 26 years and had to close due to covid restrictions. I love being self employed and have years of experiencing perfecting the many nuances of running a business. I recently refinanced my current house and sold a rental property. We had a great Loan Signing Professional who encouraged me to pursue becoming a Loan Signing Agent after I quizzed her on experience as an agent. So here I am, and very excited to begin an avenue into a new business! I also am a Registered Health Information Technician and very well versed on HIPA laws and privacy laws. I also have a BS from Oregon State University. I have completed 6 loan signings but always from the other side of the table in my own real estate dealings. But I am very detailed oriented and have been studying with Notary Stars and I have completed 100 hours of study. I am very excited to build my new business.
