I have been a notary public for over 20 plus years on and off. I closed loans with my private employer for about 10 years face to face with clients and I have been in the mortgage industry for over 40 years. I have managed closing departments and have been a loan closer and drawn closing documents. I know the expectations and requirements of the notary and how important their job is to all parties involved.
