I go over the documents multiple times to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to make sure they are filled out properly. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I'm doing and fix it for you ASAP. I will ensure that the documents are returned in a timely manner.
