I am Rachel Jimenez,

I previously worked for a mortgage company called Academy Mortgage, where I printed customers loan documents, prepared their documents and put them back in order. I also was in contact with the customer if any additional information or documentation was needed.

I also worked for West Coast Bank where they handled various loans and had onsite notary services.

I was the lead Dental Assistant at Periodontal Associates with my EFDA certificate, where I was in charge of all the assistance and the ordering. I kept up on all the continuing ED and was current on all my certificates.

All my previous jobs have been in customer service so I have a lot of experience with all different types of personalities. I am personable, professional, detail oriented and organized.
